The US Congressional Budget Office in its latest report released the statistics on the federal deficit in the first 10 months of 2017.
The federal budget deficit has risen by more than $ 568 billion in the first 10 months of this year, the US Congressional Budget Office said.
The US deficit in the first ten months of this year was $ 56 billion more than in the same period last year. US government revenues and expenditures have been rising in the first ten months of this year, but spending growth has been far higher than spending.
US government revenues increased by $ 60 billion in the first 10 months of this year to over $ 2.738 billion, and federal spending has risen by $ 116 billion to $ 3.307 billion.
